Feast Bespoke Catering Since 2006

Elaine Started her journey into the food and drinks market with a position at the Forest of Arden Hotel as part of the opening team but working in the accounts team keeping an eye on Nic’s Cocktail bar Profit and Loss! 

She moved into working for a private company as an Office administrator but had a desire to run her own site having been bitten by the Hospitality bug and subsequently took on The Equestrian Club in Balsall Common, a bar and food operation which became renowned in the local area. 

She moved from this to the La Delicia in Balsall Common as a Sales associate where she expanded her knowledge and followed this with time at another local deli before deciding to take the plunge and set up “Feast Catering” in 2006. Whilst running “Feast” she kept her hand in with bar operations working for Berkswell Rugby Club, The Brickmakers Arms Pub and latterly Berkswell & Balsall Cricket and Tennis Club. Always at the sharp end of operations and customer service.

Nic started his career into catering in 1988 at the Forest of Arden Hotel where he worked for a couple of years before moving to TGI Fridays in Coventry and then London as a Cocktail Bartender and moved up to site management positions. A move to the Middle East followed running a TGI Friday’s in Beirut and this was followed with a move to Hard Rock Cafe first in Paris and then to Birmingham for a new location opening. 

A move into Retail came next with a position at Selfridges opening the new site in the Bullring. Nic moved back to restaurants working for Est Est Est, The Living Room, Prohibition Bars, Il Bertorelli and Ask Italian before his move to Univeristy of Birmingham as Director of Catering.

Combined there are many years of Catering and Hospitality experience behind them.

We hold food hygiene certificates, alcohol licenses and are accredited by Coventry EHO with 5 Stars.
